World Cup Rugby Direct Tv
Does anyone know a bar with Direct TV (inc Setanta sports) in Las Vegas?
I will be in Vegas next week and would like to watch the rugby World Cup Final (come on England!
). I know that Setanta sports have the rights to show it in the US. Can anyone please tell me a bar in Vegas that has this channel?

If you can bet on the game the sports books will have it available. The LV Hilton is my favorite and it’s LV only “Super Book”.

If you don’t have a car the Monorail or Strip Trolley are the best choice for getting to the LV Hilton.

Would you let your 13 year old get a cell phone?
She is purchasing a Samsung Wave smartphone for herself. She will pay for the bills each month. She is getting 200 minutes of talk time and unlimited texting. She is a straight A student with a spotless record. She is involved in theatre and yearbook committee, and when she goes to high school next year she’ll be joining rugby. These activities often have undetermined end times. Do you think I should let her get this phone (yes she is paying for it monthly but I have the final say)
Definitely, it sounds to me like your daughter is exceptional in the fact that she’s willing to pay for it. All the other things you mentioned such as her grades and her extra school activities explain why you’re asking this. I’ll warn you right now that you might not even want my opinion since I’m only 14 years of age myself but I’ve had a phone since I was let’s see….nine, and I’ve never had any problems. my mom pays for it and I’ve never broken/lost my phone (unless you count losing my phone in the couch.) I’ve never had the “best” phone and I have no problem with that. As a matter of fact for the longest time i had my mom’s old pink razor because my mother wanted to use my yearly upgrade to replace her phone since she’d used hers already. So needless to say all the rumors about teenagers and their phones are directed at a select few. Though it effects us all. Now for your daughter I’d say there’s nothing to worry about. I would explain to her that you wanted her on your family plan and that would give you access to her texts. Meaning that you won’t have to worry about any vulgar or malicious activity there, but for the most part straight A students have straight A’s for a reason. They’re smart. She’ll know that she’ll have to pay for any broken or lost phones, she’ll know that she doesn’t have complete freedom but she’ll also be happy just to gossip with her friends. Also it’ll give her a taste of real life experiences. If she can’t pay for the phone let it get cut off. Let her see that there’s a fee for reactivating it and that she’s going to have to pay for it. If parents actually give us a little positive and negative freedom in these situations they’d realize that it can only help. It will teach her to balance movie tickets and phone bills. Something we’ll need in the future. It also helps you. You can contact her at all times and with your daughter i wouldn’t expect the “I left my phone” excuse. You can even track her from her phone in an emergency situation. the pro’s are endless.

What rugby boots should I get?
Between these 2: http://www.prodirectrugby.com/prodinfo.asp?DPID=PDR-002-001-347&DEPT=2&BRAND=1&SS=1&PROFILE=Speed

dont go for the blades. you cannot wear plastic blades longer than 21mm but id still advise not to wear blades if its rugby. I have seen them cause some serious injuries when they have worn down due to their shape. Consider the position you play too, If you play in the forwards then higher ankle 9 stud boots can offer far more support. I f you play in the backs then the F50s should be fine

Blue Ireland Rugby Training Shirt
rugby jerseys Ireland
There are many different kinds of rugby jerseys. The colors, styles and sizes are from every area that is covered by the rugby sport and perhaps a little beyond. The Ireland range includes the Canterbury Ireland home jersey in green and white, the Canterbury Ireland training jersey in blue, navy and white as well as the Canterbury Ireland Training Rugby Jersey in navy and green. These jerseys are available in adult and children’s sizes as well.
The Munster Range products are available in kids’ jerseys, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, caps and scarves and flags. The red Munster home Jersey and navy Munster away Jersey can both be great additional to your jersey collection.
The Six Nations Range Canterbury 6 Nations short sleeve navy jersey is quite a smart look and is also available in both the adult and children’s sizes. The London/Irish Range, Glasgow Range, Gloucester Range, Knights Range, Newcastle Falcons Range, Ospreys Range, All Blacks Range, France Range, Ulster Range, Leister Range, Connacht Range, Lions Range, Scotland Range, South Africa Range and Canterbury Range are all a part of the rugby jerseys that are available for purchase.
Many rugby jerseys are discounted deeply and can be ordered in a variety of sizes. Couples can have matching jerseys or a group of fans who wish to support their range can order a rugby jersey for every fan in the group.
When it comes to similarities, there are very few but some do exist. For the most part, no matter what range you wish to purchase a rugby jersey for, you can expect a certain level of quality and craftsmanship in the material and design. Additionally prices are very similar but can be different depending on the style. For example, some rugby jerseys are available with long sleeves.
Many rugby jerseys have new designs that came out in 2008 or will be coming out in 2010. Most rugby jerseys are available in children’s sizes, making the possibility of having the entire family in your favorite range jerseys quite easy.
There are 24 teams who participate in the Heineken Cup, which is also known as the European Rugby Cup. This annual rugby union competition is represented by the nations of England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. The Heineken Cup is considered one of the most prestigious awards in the sport of rugby.
France and England can enter six teams. Ireland and Wales can enter 3 teams. Scotland and Italy can enter 2 teams. The Heineken Cup originated in 1995 when the existing Five Nations Committee created an initiative that included all of the current countries as well as Romania. Romania has not since participated in the competition.
The Heineken Cup competition accepts clubs from the Magners League, Guinness Premiership, Super 10 and the Top 14. Not all clubs qualify for participation in the Heineken Cup. Those clubs that do not qualify can participate in the European Challenge Cup. The 2008-2009 Heineken Cup is the fourteenth edition and started in October 2008 and will end in May 2009 at Murrayfield in Edinburgh.

Does anyone know if they are going to be making another Rugby game for Xbox 360 in the US. I know that they make them in austalia but i think it would cost a lot to buy it on ebay and have it shipped to the US.
Check out this website: http://www.hb-studios.com/games.php It says that they are currently in production of “the next generation of rugby games.” Supposedly it is to be released in Summer 2011, but more likely it will be around the rugby world cup in New Zealand… Churr churrr ALL BLACKS FOR WORLD CHAMPIONS!!
