Well i gotta do rules and regulations of tag/ touch rugby but i’m getting confused with rules influencing offencive play ? what would be offencive play in tag rugby also rules influencing defencive play ? what would be defencive play in tag rugby ???? help
thats what i mean lol i haven’t got a clue lol , like im guessing is offensive play when you go in like a diagonal shape so you can pass the ball back etc etc i avent got a clue ??????

I would like to know the name of the rugby team which beat France in a World Cup Game to win the World cup ? I am not sure of the date.

France have twice appeared in the final of the Rugby World Cup.

On 20 June 1987 they lost 29-9 to New Zealand at Eden Park in Auckland

On 6 November 1999 they lost 35-12 to Australia at the National stadium in Cardiff

France have the distinction of being the only country to have appeared in the final of the Rugby World Cup, but to never emerge as winners.

Can someone explain the rules for the 2011 rugby world cup for me?

I have only ever watched the six nations how does it work , what is ‘pools’ and how to you qualify for them and are any of the playing rules different from the six nations and who do ireland play after their first game against usa

Pools are just the groups. In the 2007 World Cup, the top 3 all get automatic qualification for this world cup, and the remaining places are decided in qualifying rounds.

4 points for a win; 2 points for a draw.

1 bonus point if you lose by 7 points or less
1 bonus point if you score 4 tries or more.

How do you think rugby players would fare in the NFL?

I’ve always wondred this because some people think rugby is the toughest sport in the world because they don’t wear pads…not a big diffrence.

It’s so different it’d take a lot of adjusting. So they’d make good players and some might make excellent players but they wouldn’t be really good or bad on average. I mean, they’d need to learn an entirely different strategy rules, etc. plus it’d be encouraged (although not necessary) for them to learn a new way to tackle. Not to mention needing to adjust to the padding. But they’d probably get bored with all the stoppages.
